難民（なんみん）・庇護（ひご）希望者（きぼうしゃ）のみなさんへ
　For Refugees / Asylum Seekers

法的（ほうてき）アドバイス（あどばいす）や生活（せいかつ）支援（しえん）のコーディネーション（こーでぃねーしょん）を行って（おこなって）います。
　We provide LEGAL ADVICE and coordination to SOCIAL ASSISTANCES.

難民（なんみん）/庇護（ひご）希望者（きぼうしゃ）の方（かた）たちとの面会（めんかい）は、 効率的（こうりつてき）かつ公平（こうへい）な支援（しえん）を実現（じつげん）するため、 基本的（きほんてき）に予約制（よやくせい）で行って（おこなって）います。
　In order to achieve efficiency and equality,
consultations are basically held with those who have an appointment.

予約（よやく）のない方（かた）は 070-5444-1725 に電話（でんわ）をして予約（よやく）をお取り（おとり）ください。
　If you do not have an appointment, please call 070-5444-1725 to make a reservation.

新型（しんがた）コロナウイルスによる肺炎（はいえん）にかかるひとがふえています。
　The number of people affected by lung inflammation from the new Coronavirus is increasing.

病気（びょうき）にならないように気（き）をつけてください。
　Be careful not to get sick

・外（そと）からかえったら手（て）をよく洗（あら）う
　　Wash your hands when returning from outside

・外（そと）からかえったらうがいをする
　　Gargle (rinse your mouth) when returning from outside

・人（ひと）がたくさんいるところに行（い）かない
　　Don't go to crowded places

・ときどき部屋（へや）のまどをあける
　　Open the window or door every now and then

・よくねる
　　Sleep well

・バランスよく食べ物（たべもの）を食（た）べる
　　Eat a balanced diet
